How long does shipping take?

We usually ship items with USPS, it takes around 1-3 days to fulfill the order and 2-5 days to deliver it to our US customers, 4-10 days to Canada.
(Due to Covid delays and heavy volumes, at rare cases it may take up to 14 days to complete the delivery after the order was fulfilled).
All rates and duties are calculated at checkout, we offer free Shipping on all orders over $60.

International orders have the same fulfill time and the delivery usually takes between 5-18 days, but due to Covid, some packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivering the items.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Of course! We offer tracking number for most of the countries.
This will be sent to you through email (filled in the order page). You can check the status on Order Tracking page.
It is usually a matter of days but may take up to 5-10 days during peak season as several shipping companies may delay the shipment.


I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

No need to worry, it can happen. All you need is to email us ASAP, and we will do our best to resolve this issue. It's advised to contact us instantly within a day because we immediately ship your order the same day or maybe a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.


Are there customs, taxes, duties, and/or tariffs?

We're sorry but we are not responsible for any customs, taxes, duties or other tariffs which are not in our control. Unfortunately we have no control over that issue, it deals with laws and regulations in your respective country, and so the taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the store order.
Moreover, taxes and custom charges differ depending on the country (or the state) of your shipping address.
We suggest contacting your local customs office, if you are not sure of the applicable taxes or the custom fees that are relevant to you.


Will my order come in one package?

In order for us to make sure your order ship as soon as possible, some items may be shipped in separate packages (and also can be shipped from different warehouses or using an outside supplier).
